What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

Item tracking may be included on domestic orders. Postage can take up to 1-4 weeks after dispatch and sometimes longer depending on mail carriers and location.

INTERNATIONAL

Item tracking may be included on international orders. Postage can take up to 1-4 weeks after dispatch and sometimes longer depending on mail carriers and location.

What are your returns policy?

I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However if there is a problem with your order please get in contact me at aksara.harriram@gmail.com and I’d be happy to work through your enquiries.

How do you package your orders?

All artworks will be carefully packaged in cardboard packaging and some recycled materials to be more environmentally conscious.

Do you use recycled materials?

Yes we sometimes use recycled timbers from existing pieces of artworks and offcuts to create new surfaces to create new artworks on. If recycled timbers and materials are used it will be noted in the description of the items on the online store.
